1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Proxie Innovations Labs ("Proxie," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Proxie provides AI-powered consulting services: • Competitive intelligence and market research • AI/ML system development • Technical due diligence • Research synthesis and analysis All services are powered by our proprietary AI agent systems (including technologies derived from NRIGPT, ARS, and proxie.in architectures) with human review.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Client IP: Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables. 3.2 Proxie IP: Our AI systems, agent architectures, skills, and methodologies (including NRIGPT, ARS, proxie.in technologies) remain our property. 3.3 Learning: We may use anonymized patterns to improve our systems.
4. Quality Assurance
4.1 All deliverables pass through our internal tools including proxie.in security scanning. 4.2 Human review occurs on every deliverable. 4.3 We offer revision rounds per service tier.
5. Data & Security
5.1 Client data is processed by AI agents with human oversight. 5.2 We do not use client data to train external AI models. 5.3 All code deliverables are scanned by proxie.in before delivery.
6. Payment
6.1 Structure: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. 6.2 Currency: INR (international clients may pay in USD). 6.3 Net terms: 14 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Services provided "as is." 7.2 Liability limited to fees paid. 7.3 Not liable for indirect damages.
8. Governing Law
Laws of India. Disputes resolved in Bangalore, Karnataka.
